Finding FORTI
For those with a vested interest in health and wellness, sometimes it can feel like you’re either struggling to meet all your nutrient needs through your diet or you’re struggling to remember if you took your supplements for the day. This daily dilemma is what inspired me to develop FORTI – your daily coffee fortified with essential vitamins and minerals. ​
As a registered dietitian, health and wellness enthusiast, and busy girl about town, I recognize the benefits of health supplements while feeling inconvenienced by the addition of multiple pills and potions to my daily routine. Frustrated by the thought of adding one more step to my morning routine (mixing collagen powder into my coffee), I knew there had to be another way – a sustainable, habit-friendly way. With my background in nutrition and commitment to science-backed evidence, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to build healthier habits through convenient, nourishing solutions that help you feel your best without complicating your day. ​
